So school starts Monday, as in just a few days away. Today is the last day of business before school starts. I've not gotten ANYTHING in the mail informing me of the bus schedule for our neighborhood to get Kyra to school. I'd called the school before our trip and asked, they told me it "might be too late to sign up but here's the number" and when I called that number I got a recording saying they were out for the summer.
Called earlier this week and left a message which was not returned.
So far today I have called FOUR different numbers, left 3 messages, expressed frustration to 3 different people and this is the "best we can tell you":

We are "pretty sure" your daughter's bus stop is at (intersection). The busses leave the bus yard at 6 am, so have her wait on that corner starting about 6:15 Monday morning. Her bus will be (route number) which may or may not match the number on the bus. We don't know which side of the street the stop is on, or even which street the bus will be traveling on, so she should watch all ways and be prepared to cross quickly if she needs to. If the bus hasn't shown up by 7:45, call us.

Seriously, two business hours to go before the first day of school and THIS is the best you can do???
No wonder the voters decided to break away.

And as for trip pictures, they're still coming. I am having some troubles with my computer and can't save anything to the hard drive. We think we have a work around, so watch for the pictures in the next few days.
